The industrial manipulator with rigid arm is designed for easy handling of heavy things loads in a zero-gravity state, moving freely in all directions. When equipped with Mova’s customized gripping tools, the system allows operators to work quickly, accurately, and effortlessly, while maintaining optimal ergonomic and safety conditions.

  • The unit is compact and easy to operate, and can be mounted on a mobile platform.

  • It features a full-floating function, allowing equipment to operate in a weightless state.

  • In the event of air supply failure, the safety feature ensures that the workpiece will not fall.

  • Misoperation protection is included; the system will not release the workpiece unless it detects that it has safely reached the ground.

  • A warning protection system is in place to continuously monitor work pressure, thereby reducing risks. Variable speed control is integrated into the system.

  • Equipped with an air storage tank, the device can continue to operate normally for up to ten minutes during an air supply failure.
